The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel heard and understood.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.
- Pay for Performance incentive: Eligible team members can earn a monthly bonus based on their performance.
- Flexible scheduling: You'll have the flexibility to work a set schedule, with opportunities to adjust as needed.

System Requirements
To ensure that you have the necessary tools to provide exceptional customer support, we require the following system specifications:
- Self-provided computer or laptop: Running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications: You'll need a headset that meets our technical requirements.
- High-speed internet connection: We require a reliable, high-speed internet connection to ensure that you can work efficiently and effectively.
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin a six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
