Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions, email, and phone. You'll be the face of our company, representing our values and mission to every customer interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Build relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services
  • Consistently meet established standards of performance and quality
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and platforms

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
