Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Medicare team on a 3+ months contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our Medicare customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to Medicare customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Process claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related tasks
  • Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (inbound calls only)

  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages clearly and professionally
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer inquiries
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

  • Previous Medicare experience or experience working with similar healthcare insurance providers
  • Call center customer service experience (inbound calls)
  • Medical background or experience working in a related field
  • Experience working in a 100% remote environment
