Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class service and support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
• Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
• Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction
• A positive attitude, passion for success, and a natural ability to turn a frown upside down
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Tech savvy, with experience using Mac and iOS devices
• Ability to type 50+ WPM, with excellent communication and writing skills
• College degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages
