Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class service and support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
- Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
- Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction
- A positive attitude, passion for success, and a natural ability to turn a frown upside down
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Tech savvy, with experience using Mac and iOS devices
- Ability to type 50+ WPM, with excellent communication and writing skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
