What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that go beyond WOW. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times and doing whatever it takes to support customers following our guidelines
  • Handling incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, or social media, logging call details onto call tracking systems, and performing call follow-ups according to procedures
  • Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying needs, recommending products, providing after-sales support, and completing additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction
  • Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective Client's brand units and/or contact persons
  • De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases
  • Ensuring correct presentation of the Client's corporate images in all interactions, representing its brand, and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels

Your Qualifications

We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • Bilingual or proficient in German and advanced English
  • Self-motivation, team player, supportive person, outgoing, and open-minded
  • Active listening/comprehension skills
  • Very good written skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Goal-oriented attitude and time management skills
  • Minimum knowledge of Office pack + Keyboarding skills
