The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote team in Mason, Ohio, United States. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues, utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a win-win resolution for both the customer and arenaflex.
  • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives.
  • Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer and arenaflex expectations.
  • Utilize courteous and professional language to communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Create a positive and engaging customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is a memorable one.

Experience Required for Your Success

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience a plus.

  • Must be local within a 1.5-hour driving distance from Mason, Ohio, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, professional written correspondence with customers, including emails, letters, and other written communications.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, including proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with mainstream web browsers and the internet.
  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position, preferably in a retail or field environment.
