Work Overview

As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
• Working with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives that encourage sampling and acquisition
• Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle to drive customer growth and retention

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and optimize customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention strategies for our streaming services

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
• Proven track record of developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and retention
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
• Experience working with CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the streaming services industry

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Certification in customer journey mapping, customer experience, or data analysis
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
