What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind that issues are resolved
* Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
* Working collaboratively with your remote team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals with:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
* Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)
Where & When You'll Work
* We operate 7 days per week, with flexible scheduling options
* Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can make plans ahead of time
* Training will be done remotely via video meetings at the required schedule for two weeks: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm Central Time
* After training, the regular schedule will be: 10am-6:30pm Central Time and one weekend shift
