Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Transferring confidential data from paper and/or electronic formats into our billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard
  • Typing in data provided directly from staff
  • Verifying data by comparison/generating reports
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our billing software, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks

  • Data Verification: Verify data by comparison/generating reports to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Paperwork Management: Sort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff to ensure seamless data entry and minimize errors

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position
  • Prior Work Experience in Data Entry: Previous experience in data entry is essential, with a strong understanding of data entry software and procedures
  • Typing Proficiency: A typing proficiency of at least 45 wpm accuracy, with no errors, is preferred
  • Medical, Legal, or Insurance Claims Office Experience: Prior work experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office is preferred, with a strong understanding of internal processes and med-legal terminology
