Experience Requirements

+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment + Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a virtual setting + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
