Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative - Product Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our product testing and development process. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring that their products are thoroughly tested and evaluated by a diverse group of consumers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, enjoy flexible scheduling, and earn a competitive hourly rate.
