As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our clients, stores, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Provide expert-level support through clear and concise communication, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
