Job Summary

As a Workforce Management Specialist in Customer Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance. In this role, you'll collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels, ensuring we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations, leveraging advanced workforce management tools and methodologies to develop strategies that improve performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction scores.

  • Work closely with team leaders to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate and that agents are trained effectively to handle customer inquiries.
  • Conduct regular reviews of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for upper management, providing insights into workforce performance and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Certification in workforce management or a related field (e.g. CWSM, CWMP).
  • Experience with workforce management software and tools (e.g. Workforce Central, WFM).
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
