Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient entry and accuracy
- Closing batch tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower) and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials to ensure accurate data entry
- Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
- Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors and ensuring data accuracy
- Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
- Understanding and adhering to quality systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices to ensure a safe and quality product
- Adhering to PPE requirements as required
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) skills
- An Associate degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with quality systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
