Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Utilizing technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest systems and processes
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored

Requirements
