Experienced Full Stack Sales Representative – Social Media Chat Sales

The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Sales Representative, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to drive sales and revenue growth for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to start authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, with the goal of selling coaching programs to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet revenue targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and progress updates (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working from home and managing your time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong motivation and drive to succeed in sales

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
