Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experiences to our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer experiences through inbound phone calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that you're available to support customers during peak hours
  • Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard, ensuring that you're providing the highest level of customer service
  • Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer experiences even in challenging situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring that you have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to pass a background check, ensuring that you meet our company's security and confidentiality requirements
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email management
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints
