Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, or written correspondence. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a second and third shift job, and we're looking for candidates who are flexible and able to work either a second or third shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to help members navigate their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Build strong relationships with our members by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with members, suppliers, and other departments to resolve issues and provide support
  • Maintain accurate records and track contacts with members, suppliers, and plan supporters
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to members
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and medical procedures
