Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director of Chance Administration to join our team and drive business process improvement and risk management initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for investigating and analyzing complex data sets, identifying new information sources, and developing and implementing risk management strategies. You'll work closely with our innovation and business teams to drive business process improvement and ensure that our risk management approaches are aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Investigate and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business process improvement and risk management initiatives

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with our innovation and business teams to drive business process improvement and ensure that our risk management approaches are effective and efficient
  • Identify and assess new information sources that could add value to our products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, innovation teams, and external partners
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on risk management and business process improvement to our leadership team and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our risk management approaches are aligned with the latest developments

Essential Qualifications

* Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, or business administration

  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management, business process improvement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing risk management strategies and business process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, such as COSO or ISO 31000

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based applications and web development technologies

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with data science and machine learning techniques
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management
  • Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives
