What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with hot leads and existing customers via calls to build positive and long-lasting relationships
- Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Working with customers' sensitive information securely
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Collaborating with our team to achieve common goals and objectives
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills
- Attention to details and analytical research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, as is experience with CRM systems
