Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the data in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in a secure and organized manner
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and taking corrective action
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field (data entry, customer support, or a related field)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and perform data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with data management software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
