Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IAM Developer to design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, experience with SailPoint implementation, and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system

• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
• Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding
• Strong exposure to standard identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience
• Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

Minimal Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field

• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field

• 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and related technologies
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations
