What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of one of our nation's largest brands, interacting with customers via inbound calls to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll be an integral part of our customer-centric team, working from the comfort of your own home to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent arenaflex as a Customer Service Representative, interacting with customers via inbound calls to resolve their queries and address their concerns
- Build meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
- Upsell customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
- Participate in paid training to prepare for all call types and customers
- Work independently in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and focus while minimizing distractions
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer service
What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment:
* Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no DSL, satellite, or cellular)
- 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
- A workspace free of distractions and security risks
- A workspace with minimal background noise
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
- Reliable computer, headset, and other necessary equipment to perform job duties

Qualifications:
* At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience
- Must live in the state of Georgia
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
