Experienced Outbound Customer Service Agent – Remote Research and Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented Outbound Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. As a research and evaluation specialist, you'll be responsible for initiating offline inquiries, engaging clients in phone conversations, and gathering predetermined data about provider services. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting project expectations and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to the targets defined by the campaign, ensuring a high level of professionalism and a casual yet engaging tone.

  • Develop a deep understanding of project procedures and processes, enabling you to provide exceptional value to clients and drive meaningful insights.
  • Utilize your knowledge of customer data research to gather and analyze information, identifying trends and patterns that inform our research services.
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Gather predetermined data about provider services, documenting conversations with precision and clarity.
  • Send feedback to stakeholders through masterfully crafted emails, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with numerous changes in the workplace, including processes, goals, and requirements, and adapt to meet project expectations.
  • Maintain personal productivity, working independently with minimal supervision and meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Ensure personal equipment is in top condition, maximizing productivity and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Competency Requirements

* Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Have at least 1 year of outbound calling experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a work-from-home environment.
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and familiarity with the use of several remote work tools, including Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Salesforce.
  • Showcase the ability to multi-task and think outside the box, identifying creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Possess strong computer skills, with experience using Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Salesforce a significant advantage.
