Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and partner restaurants. You'll be responsible for ensuring that their interactions with us are seamless, enjoyable, and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners: You'll be the first point of contact for customers and partner restaurants, responding to their queries, concerns, and feedback through phone, email, and live chat support.
- Ensure a responsive, helpful, and personalized experience for users: You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the order placement process, delivery tracking, and use of our mobile app. You'll also ensure that customers receive precise details regarding services, promotions, and policies.

Requirements
