Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our management and sales teams to achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is visually appealing
  • Working collaboratively with our management and sales teams to achieve sales objectives and meet customer needs
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer information and sales data
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
  • Maintaining a safe and secure store environment, including adhering to arenaflex's safety policies and procedures
  • Providing support to other store departments as needed, including receiving and processing merchandise, and assisting with inventory management
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • To have experience in dealing with customer issues and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • To be able to accurately perform basic mathematical operations, including handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities
  • To be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds occasionally, or 20-30 pounds frequently
  • To be able to stand, walk, reach, balance, and climb, with frequent use of hands and fingers to touch and manipulate objects

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Heavy equipment certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical and Sensory Requirements

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be required to:

  • Lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds occasionally, or 20-30 pounds frequently
  • Use hands and fingers to touch and manipulate objects, with frequent use of hands and fingers
  • Stand, walk, reach, balance, and climb, with frequent use of hands and fingers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities
