Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely manner
- Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including a minimum number of conversations per hour and an ERA (Error Rate Average) above 10%
- Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure efficient and effective customer engagement
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction
Education & Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed internet
- Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in multiple software platforms
Work Schedule
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our available shifts are:
- Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
- OR
- Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
