Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative – UPS Operations Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our franchisees and customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our products and services. This is a full-time position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to franchisees and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide guidance on our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our franchisees and customers
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including new features and updates
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Zoom/Groups as host and facilitator
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry
- Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a team environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with occasional on-site visits
