Experienced Customer Care Representative – Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift

The Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries and provide exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day and be a part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference in the Lighting Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email
- Work collaboratively with the customer care team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and other key performance indicators
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
