Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and drive innovative talent acquisition strategies
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates who apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates
• Proactivity and the ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support
• A keen eye for detail in daily tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
