Job Summary

As a Process Associate on our Quality Assurance and Improvement team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular audits of operations teams and system outputs to identify areas for improvement

  • Analyze data and trends to inform process improvements and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including suggesting new processes and procedures
  • Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
  • Identify and escalate process performance issues to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, checklists, and training materials
  • Provide training and support to operations teams on process improvements and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Certification in process improvement or quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
