Job Summary
As a Process Associate on our Quality Assurance and Improvement team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular audits of operations teams and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and trends to inform process improvements and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Develop and implement process improvements, including suggesting new processes and procedures
- Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
- Identify and escalate process performance issues to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, checklists, and training materials
- Provide training and support to operations teams on process improvements and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in process improvement or quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
