Job Overview
As a Virtual Recruiter with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy the freedom and profitability of working independently as a 1099 contractor. You'll be responsible for recruiting remote contractors who are seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business. Our comprehensive online training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit remote contractors who are qualified to become new mobile notaries or existing mobile notaries who sign up for any notary business service offered by arenaflex
- Spend 80% of your time on the phones making outbound calls to follow-up inquiry calls or simple call-backs
- Post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
- Send email correspondence to potential recruits
- Meet or exceed minimum performance metrics, including making a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day
- Work independently with minimum supervision
Qualifications and Skills
* 1 year or more of experience in inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales
- Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence
- Ability to post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
- Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year or more of experience in a similar role
- Ability to complete and pass a felony verification check
- Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Compensation and Benefits
* $15.00 per recruited agent or business that enrolls into our campaign services
- Based on commissions
- Average hourly pay rate: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Contractors are paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of every month
- Flexible work schedule: up to 40 hours per week (M-F) and 7 hrs (10 AM-5 PM) on Saturday
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to stay active in this position
- All internal job positions are 100% guaranteed employment upon completing a satisfactory verification contractor background check
- All of our client and internal jobs positions are pre-screened and safe to work from home
