  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 5 minutes
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer interactions within 5 minutes
  • Quality Monitoring: Meet or exceed quality monitoring standards

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Proficiency with live chat software and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
