The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Financial Solutions Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve the best outcome. You'll work closely with our team to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need to manage their financial situations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personalized and customer-focused service to customers experiencing financial difficulty, offering tailored solutions such as affordable repayment plans

  • Make and receive calls to/from customers, managing a variety of customer accounts, including car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogues, mortgages, and mobile phone services
  • Investigate customer debt and provide clear, concise information to help customers understand their financial situation
  • Ensure compliance with all outcomes and activities held within the Consumer Duty regulation, driving fair outcomes for customers
  • Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (08:00-20:00), with one in three Saturdays (08:30-16:30), and varied shift patterns
  • Commute easily to our Manchester office, with hybrid working arrangements in place

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for making a real difference
  • Customer service experience, whether face-to-face or in a call centre environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers
  • Ability to use different systems accurately, reflecting conversations and outcomes
  • Resilience to deal with sensitive and challenging conversations, complaints, and bounce back from them
  • Good numeracy and English literacy skills to help break down complexities around financial products and solutions

* Lifestyle Competitive starting base salary of £23,850 with OTE up to £27,427 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance)
