Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service on calls to consumer card members, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Resolve customer queries and follow established procedures to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Utilize superior service skills to ensure best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) for card members.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to provide tailored benefits and products while maintaining compliance with guidelines.
- Deliver metrics and insights to customers, employees, and shareholders, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, making quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support.
