What You Will Do:
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
- Managing the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
- Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
- At least one year of previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
