Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients' existing customers. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can think critically, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
• Work independently, using your own computer and headset, to take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A quiet home office environment, or somewhere quiet to work
• Must be over 18 years of age
• A computer with a high-speed internet connection (Windows 7 or better)
• A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer
• The ability to perform work without supervision

Essential Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Google Chrome browser
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
