Job Purpose

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Outdoor Advertising Monitoring and Data Management, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality images of billboards on main roads in Puerto Rico and accurately coding these advertisements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure that all information is entered correctly, identifying the location, brand, and product of each advertisement. You'll also be expected to follow arenaflex's values and participate in proposal and learning center opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter assigned materials accurately and efficiently

• Ensure that all road fences are covered, guaranteeing comprehensive data collection
• Optimize data entry processes to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
• Register new events in the system, ensuring seamless data management
• Review and identify differences between similar events, ensuring data accuracy
• Complete monitoring and data entry tasks on time, meeting deadlines and expectations

Role Requirements

* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer

• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently, with initiative and self-motivation
• Effective time management and planning skills, with a focus on organization and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic principles and practices of Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer
• Proficiency in handling photographic cameras
• Clean Driver's License, with a valid vehicle for data collection
