The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' website visitors. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently will make a significant impact on their experience. This is a remote position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building Relationships: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Encourage customers to explore our clients' products and services.
  • Maintaining a Positive Image: Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
  • Overflow Work: Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Qualifications
