Role Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work from Home with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to existing supporters to raise funds for important causes around the globe. You'll work with a variety of charities, from local organizations to international non-profits, and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your day will be filled with a mix of tasks, including:

  • Making outbound calls to existing supporters to raise funds for important causes
  • Welcoming new donors and child sponsors
  • Renewing event participants and inviting donors to give monthly
  • Thanking and connecting with supporters to build relationships and inspire giving
  • Identifying new opportunities to delight and engage with supporters

What You Can Expect from arenaflex

* Permanent, full-time employment with consistent hours and growth opportunities

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$24.00, with bonuses

What We're Looking For

* A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for talking to people and building relationships
  • Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST), with occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
  • Technical savvy and self-reliance, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting
  • A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
  • A professional work from home office space
  • High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
  • A USB headset and webcam
