Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales, Scheduling, and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, building trust and confidence in our business
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
