Job Summary

As a Multilingual B2B Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining solid business relationships with our members, identifying and qualifying leads, and providing exceptional customer service through video conference calls, outbound calls, and email communication. You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed targets, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong business relationships with members through regular communication and follow-up

  • Identify and qualify leads through our online directory and offline database
  • Plan and conduct video conference calls with prospects and existing clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions
  • Make outbound calls to companies who could benefit from our services to generate new leads
  • Meet and exceed targets for lead generation and customer satisfaction
  • Follow all CRM and database procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and video conference calls

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years' quota carrying sales or customer service experience in a B2B environment

  • Fluency in Russian (speaking and writing)
  • Fluency in Ukrainian (speaking and writing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or freelance environment

  • Knowledge of the wholesale electronics industry
  • Familiarity with online B2B platforms and marketplaces
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
