Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
  • Scheduling Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ambition, motivation, and a strong work ethic, with a passion for entrepreneurship and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the supplemental benefits industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance, as well as other benefits solutions
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be eligible for:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
