A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II

As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts

  • Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process orders and enter data into our order entry system
  • Track customer packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
  • Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times
  • A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
  • Ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership
  • Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with an Ethernet Port – Thin client must connect directly (No Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi)

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and order entry systems

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
