Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Researching and resolving customer issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
- Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records to ensure seamless support

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members

Qualifications
While we're open to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, we prefer candidates with:
- Customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment
- Familiarity with online chat platforms, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher, to ensure efficient communication with customers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
