The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients' customers find the information they need and resolve simple problems. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers

  • Answer customer questions, offer sales links, and provide discounts as needed
  • Help customers process their orders successfully and resolve simple problems
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and social media to engage with customers and provide support
  • Follow instructions and work independently, using your own initiative to resolve issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers

Requirements:

* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and social media
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
