Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a chat environment; we're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a track record of success in this area.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
