Job Responsibilities

As a part-time customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional and friendly service through various channels, including online chat, phone, and email.
  • Handling Customer Complaints: Listen patiently to customer complaints and suggestions, and solve problems effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recording and Following Up on Customer Issues: Record and follow up on customer issues to ensure that they are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Participating in Team Activities: Actively participate in team activities to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Good Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and customer service awareness, able to deal with customer issues patiently and carefully.
  • Computer Literacy: Familiar with computer and common office software operation, fast typing speed.
  • Strong Sense of Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.
  • Customer Service Awareness: Customer service related work experience is preferred, but we also welcome newcomers who love this position to join.

Preferred Qualifications
