At arenaflex, we're gearing up for the busiest time of the year, and we're looking for a talented and community-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a temporary, part-time Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support and service to our online community, helping customers with their inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
Your Role:
As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their queries regarding products, orders, and services. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll handle a variety of support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Contract Length:
This is a temporary position, offering flexibility with no fixed term. We're looking for candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 10 hours per week during our peak season.
Rate:
$35 per hour
Hours per Week:
You'll be expected to work 10+ hours a week, providing vital support during our peak season.
