Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in our last-mile delivery warehouses. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Liaison at a Locker+/Counter+ Hub, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide accurate information about their packages
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems with a customer-centric mindset and making quick and effective decisions to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, and work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
